The year of Dragon!

I celebrated my first Chinese new year today with great people, some that I today met for the first time. To be honest I kind of felt bad about going there at first, I don't want to give out why, but I'm so happy I did. Me going there was never about the food, but to tell you the truth the food made my day! I was really chocked when Panda explained  that they had bought halal slaughtered meat, I really didn't expect that. It's not about me being able to eat the meat but about that action. Really hard explaining but seriously....

My favorite moment was when we were making dumplings and bonding, hahahahaha like seriously some moments where too funny. But my All time favorite moment was gathering at last around the table with everyone whith a view of REAL Chinese fooD! IT was really really really greaT!! One dish that caught my attention more than any other was Pandas fish, he was explaining that there has to be a fish and that they keep the tail and head because they represent the beginning and the end...
